There are people out there who keep things to the bear minimum when it comes to makeup and beauty products. I personally love trying new and exciting things on the market whenever I get the chance. That makes for a very over crowded bathroom and dresser scene – but I always donate to my younger sister when things get out of control. Either way, here are some beauty products that I believe every woman should own!

Red Lipstick – I love wearing this color when I go out. I don’t romp around the house with it , but I certainly wear it when I’m running to go somewhere. You can even wear it with a casual outfit to take your look to the next level with minimal effort. Love bold lips!

Mascara – Another must have! If I am going ‘au naturel’ I will rarely leave without some mascara and something on my lips – whether it be tinted lip gloss or full on lipstick. Mascara just adds some definition to your eyes to make them stand out a little more. If I am going out for the night I use my extra bold voluminous mascara to really pump it up! Sometimes I opt for falsies – time permitting. Whichever look you choose, mascara is definitely a necessity!

Wrinkle Serum – It never hurts to take some preventative measures, ladies. I apply my serum every day to minimize the look of fine lines and wrinkles. This stuff is great because it dries quickly and actually works. I use Equate Precision Focus Wrinkle Serum from Walmart.com for only $14.88. It’s usually on rollback and can be used for all skin types. Did I mention it’s also hypoallergenic?!

Concealer – Whether you’re trying to hide blemishes, even out skin tone, or minimize under eye circles – concealer is an absolute must! Who doesn’t use this stuff? I have all kinds in my beauty stash and choose the most appropriate one, depending on my skin tone that summer :p.

Eye Cream – Using any face cream for your eyes is a no-no. Eye creams are specifically formulated to moisturize and care for the sensitive skin in the area. Not only that, they are usually gentler and less harsh than other creams. Take the time to find a good quality eye cream and apply it every day and night. You wouldn’t believe how much you will reduce signs of wrinkles by keeping the eye area well moisturized and hydrated.

Makeup Remover – Do you use wipes or creams? Have you found a good one to remove the stubborn, impossible waterproof makeup you wore to that Def Leopard concert? Well I have good news for you. Equate Wipe Away The Day Cleansing Balm from Walmart.com is an amazing makeup remover! I use it on all my hard-to-remove Halloween makeup events as well as waterproof nightmares. It is only $12.83 and lasts a long time. You only need a little bit to get the job done.

Blush – Do you look in the mirror and wonder what vampire movie you just walked out of? ….I do. I believe rosy cheeks are absolutely beautiful and freshen my face with it every day. It makes your skin look more inviting and warmer – don’t you think? Use blush to accentuate cheek bones and your gorgeous smile!

Dry Shampoo – The best ones on the market not only soak up oil, they clean hair, water-free, and leave you smelling fresh. So if your running behind and don’t have time to wash your hair, add some dry shampoo to revive your locks.

Facial Cleanser – This goes without saying since everyone washes their face at some point throughout the day. Purchasing a good one will help to even out skin tone, gently remove all makeup, dirt and oil while giving you glowing, refreshed skin. I use CVS Illuminating Facial Cleanser from CVS.com for $6.49, and have been using it for years. I know you’ll love how it makes your skin feel and the price!

That is my quick list of the must-have beauty products every woman should own. Have I missed something? Share your suggestions in the notes section for others to see! I believe that these products will be used often as well as bring great benefits to your beauty regime.
