Immediately stop the thought and replace it with a positive one. “I can do this!”, “I got this, baby one more mile to go!” or “I love the challenge this task involves.” Things like that can start to re-wire your brain into a more positive, optimistic, happy way of life. From there, only good things will come to you.

Act Positive

This is a step beyond thinking positive. Action is required to go along with your new frame of mind. Action is the key to self confidence. It’s one thing to think positive, but it’s another to start acting on it. When you do you start accelerating change one action at a time. Think positive, act in a positive way and take action instead of telling yourself you can’t do it. Be positive. Interact with people in a positive way, put energy into your actions. You’ll be noticing a difference in no time at all.
